Corsican food is excellent. What else would you expect from a French island of the coast of Italy? The wines are solid and colorful. The smoked ham, salamis, and sausages are spicy and delicious. Fish and shellfish are abundant. There is excellent cruising in Corsica May through September, with sunny, warm, dry weather. Winds are variable throughout the season.
Wind and Weather
The summer months are dry and delightful in the Med. Temperatures range from the high 70's in May and September to the 80's in June, July, and August.
