
Imagine a score of small, luxurious islands, often deserted, like a range of little hills standing out from the sea. Located in the north-east of the Caribbean crescent, this archipelago is well protected from the trade winds of the Atlantic. End your day with an evening of fun on the beach. Dance all night to reggae on the sand.
WIND
Steady easterly trades. Prevailing winds during the winter months are northeast at 15 to 20 knots. Christmas winds, which blow from December through February, can be as high as 25 to 30 knots. By June, winds have gone southeasterly at 10 to 15 knots.

ATTENTION DIVERS
The diving is excellent in the BVI. You can arrange rendezvous dives that will pick you up at one anchorage and return you to meet your yacht and crew at a different harbor in the evening.
