GERD,
your Captain,
was born
in Vienna,
Austria,
He grew
up enjoying
all kinds
of watersports
- water-skiing,
kayaking,
sailing
his Hobie
cat, as
well as
his 65
ft yacht
in the
beautiful
waters
off Yugoslavia.
Before
arriving
in the
Caribbean,
Gerd owned
a highly
successful
gourmet
restaurant
in Vienna
(he was
trained
as a chef
and waiter
by profession),
as well
as designing
and manufacturing
top of
the line
men's
clothing.
Gerd has
many years
of sailing
experience
throughout
the Mediterranean,
Canary
Islands
and transatlantic
crossings,
as well
as being
a qualified
Yachtmaster
with commercial
endorsement.
Gerd
provides
excellent
sailing
along
with complete
responsibility
for the
safety
and enjoyment
of his
guests.
He
can show
you the
usual
Caribbean
points
of attraction
such as
The Bath,
The Caves,
The Tobago
Cays etc.,
and is
also eager
to show
you his
own favorite
places
and is
more than
willing
to seek
out new
attractions.
This will
ensure

SONJA,
your outstanding
chef,
was born
in the
south
of Austria.
Having
spent
10 years
as a CPA
in Vienna,
Sonja
has now
turned
full time
to her
first
love -
entertaining
guests
and creating
delicious
cuisine
for them
with a
wide variety
of international
dishes.
Her specialty
is native
Austrian
cuisine,
but she
also enjoys
French,
Italian
and Chinese,
and takes
advantage
of local
produce
to cook
Caribbean
and seafood
dishes.
She and
Gerd have
traversed
the globe,
from Portugal
to Egypt,
Australia
to Thailand
and collected
over 10,000
recipes
from the
top-rated
restaurants,
not to
mention
her expertise
in the
Austrian
tradition.
With her
acclaimed
culinary
skills
and fabulous
decor
on board,
Sonja
hosts
guests
in five-star
elegance!
She
is also
a fully
qualified
Yachtmaster.
In
1992,
Sonja
and Gerd
decided
to enjoy
their
passion
for sailing
on a full
time basis.
1993 they
purchased
FEELING
BLUE and
chartered
in the
Mediterranean
and Canary
islands,
before
crossing
the Atlantic
to the
Caribbean
which
they call
their
home since
1994.
Their
knowledge
of the
islands
is extenive
and they're
eager
to share
this with
