7-Day Itinerary

Board your yacht at the base in Marmaris. After your checkout and chart briefing, settle in, then take time to explore the town, built around a 16th-century fortress. The streets are tiny and sheltered, with all the atmosphere of an Eastern bazaar.

Day 1: Set sail for Amos, in a beautiful setting with pines, steep rocks, and, at the top, the ruins of an ancient city. Swim and snorkel; then sail on to Cliftik, a rocky island with a sandy beach and hot water spring.

Day 2: Sail to the bay of Karagac and enjoy lunch at the island of Ylancik. Then it's a short sail to Ekincik Bay, a large cove surrounded by mountains.

Day 3: Sail to the Bay of Fethiye. You'll find dozens of spots to anchor along the rugged coast, each with its own charm. Visit the bazaar and hamam (Turkish baths) in the town.

Day 4: Spend another day in this magnificent bay-there are over twenty anchorages to choose from!

Day 5: Sail to Gemilier, where you can visit the ruins of a Byzantine city. Walk up to the ancient Greek picturesque village of Kaya.

Day 6: Sail to Turunc. Swim, relax. Have dinner at a taverna ashore.

Day 7:
Return to Marmaris.

This is a sample itinerary. You have many choices of routes and anchorages, or you may want to linger at favorite places. Our Charter Coordinators and base staff are happy to help you plan your ideal cruise.

You’ll sail along the rocky, pine-covered Turquoise Coast of the Aegean Sea to idyllic, secluded bays, quiet coves, and deep gulfs stretching for dozens of miles.

From Kusadasi to Kemer, Turkey offers some of the most splendid sailing in Europe. You'll cruise through the heart of a region steeped in history and see the ruins of ancient cities, Frankish castles, and remnants of Byzantine glory.

The Turks are hospitable and welcoming. The Turkish coast is unspoiled by tourism, and many of the places you'll visit are accessible only by boat.

Be sure to bring along your sense of adventure. You're cruising along the ancient border of East and West. The market is the bazaar, and it holds a wealth of treasures, from heady spices to beautiful carpets and brass ornaments. Trips ashore will take you to fascinating archeological sites and ruins from many ancient civilizations. Relax with a Turkish bath or sip a glass fo Turkish tea in the bazaar.

Our base is Marmaris.

The base at Marmaris is located at the heart of the Turquise Coast, with a choice of itineraries that offer protected waters and pleasant sailing. One of the most beautiful towns in Turkey, Marmaris is situated in a deep bay with lovely beaches. Sail to the Bay of Fethiye, where steep, pine-covered cliffs lead down to clear blue water. There are myriad coves and inlets and dozens of anchorages. Visit Lycian tombs in your dinghy. Enjoy the bustling market town of Fethiye.
